2. Project Information
The Website presents Mövenpick Residences Kvarner Bay (the “Residence Project”).
All descriptions, visuals, and information are illustrative and subject to modification. Nothing on this Website constitutes a binding offer or representation.
3. Brand Disclaimer (Accor BLMA Requirement)
Mövenpick Hotels & Residences Kvarner Bay (the “Residence Project”) is not owned, developed, or sold by ACCOR or its affiliates.
NV Adria Complex d.o.o. and NV Adria Condos d.o.o. (the “Developers”) are independent companies solely responsible for the ownership, development, marketing, and operation of the Residence Project.
The Developers use the Mövenpick brand name and certain Accor trademarks pursuant to a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable licence from Accor.
Under certain circumstances, this licence may be terminated or revoked according to its terms, in which case neither the Residences nor any part of the Residence Project will be identified as an Accor-branded project or have any rights to use the Accor trademarks.
Accor makes no representations or guarantees with respect to the Residences or the Residence Project and is not responsible for the Developers’ marketing practices, advertising, or sales representations.
4. Intellectual Property and Copyright
All website materials, including texts, images, graphics, and design elements, are protected by copyright and are the property of NV Adria Condos d.o.o., NV Adria Complex d.o.o., or their licensors.
The Mövenpick name and logo are registered trademarks of Accor SA and are used under licence.
Reproduction or distribution of any content is prohibited without prior written authorisation.

NV ADRIA COMPLEX, NV ADRIA CONDOS (“Licensee”) is independently owned and operated and is solely responsible for the ownership, development, and operation of the Residential Project. Licensee uses the Mövenpick brand and certain trademarks pursuant to a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-sublicensable license from Accor Services Poland Sp. z o.o. (an Accor S.A. affiliate).
Under certain circumstances, the license may be terminated or revoked according to its terms in which case neither the individual residential residences (“Residences”) nor any part of the Residential Project will be identified as a Movenpick branded project or have any rights to use the Movenpick trademarks. Neither Accor Services Poland Sp. z o.o. nor Accor S.A. makes any representations or guarantees with respect to the Residences or the Residential Project and is not responsible for Licensee’s marketing practices, advertising, and sales representations, including the website(s) created in relation to the Residences or the Residential Project.
